Baking Expeditions of the Week!
Number 1: Almost-Famous Pumpkin Cheesecake
Number 2: Baked Hush Puppies
Number 3: JIF Irresistible Peanut Butter Cookies
All of them turned out terrific! There isn't any cheesecake or hush puppies left, though. I had a lot of good feedback on the Cheesecake. And the peanut butter cookies I decided to make today out of boredom, and also just a result of me procrastinating.
Both Baked Hush Puppies and the Cheesecake can be found on foodnetwork.com, and the cookies can be found just on the back of your JIF jar of peanut butter (:
It was a fantastic weekend.

It's Sunday!
Which means I finally get to make the cheesecake again! I must admit that I have made this before, but I promised my Aunt Chris I would make it for Thanksgiving, so since it is hard enough I will count it for this weeks baking expedition. Can't wait for Wednesday, hell yeah. Also, I just wanted to say that I christmas shopped today, so I put one of my pictures of christmas lights up.
Excited? I am.
I WANT SOME S'MORE!
And S'mores Brownies were the choice for this week! I must say, making homemade brownies is not as hard as it seems, but dealing with those melted marshmallows was quite eventful. According to the family they taste delicious, but the real taste-testers are the people of the drama rehearsal tomorrow. We shall see.

Coming up this week...
Re: This week I will tackle...
Look! I made them! And they were extremely easy to make. It kind of tastes a bit like pumpkin bread with cheesecake frosting on top. It makes a lot of servings, but they are small squares. I made about 39. It was fun, Pat helped me shop for the supplies today. Just give me a few moments and I will decide what I am going to bake for this week.

Last night...
I had a dream that beetles were crawling all over me, and I was extremely itchy. No matter how many times I itched at them, they would just keep reappearing. According to a dreammooods website, noticing a beetle in a dream "indicates that some destructive influences may be at work in [my] waking life. [And that I] may also feel that your values and beliefs are being compromised." This is very strange to think about because it is crazy how the subconscious can turn emotions you are feeling on the outside into tangible objects in your dreams. Crazy, right?
I'll look more into it.

I apologize
for the lack of posting.
I am going to go on a photo venture.
I have been far too busy.
However, I will start off by saying the weekend was nice.
You may notice on the bottom of my page there is a picture saying to hype me on a website. You may do it if you so please to, it is just a fashion blog.
I'm also going on a baking expedition, going to try and bake a new recipe each week.
This week I will announce what it is and show the end result.
Cool? I think it's a nice way to get my mind off of things.
I will also post about the dream I had the night before.
And I would like to inform you that I am so happy to be getting sushi tonight.
Later, everyone.
