GREETINGS EVERYONE!
I know, I know, I haven't blogged in a while, but I promise you that I have been baking something once a week. Lately I've been intrigued by baking breads, such as orange bread and banana bread, but today I decided to take on a completely Home-Made Chocolate Raspberry Cake. It's 3 layers high, with chocolate ganache covering it (which I always thought was extremely fancy and hard to make, but it's simply cream and chocolate), and with Raspberry puree on the inside. I have yet to try it, but I can tell you it smells amazing.
Tomorrow I'll have so many things cooking and baking, I'm not sure if I'll be able to keep up.
However, I have exciting news! My school has a broadcasting studio, and each week my friend and I will be recording a mini "baking show"! BOOM.
This weeks episode teaches how to make a classic banana bread.

Don't think I'm flunkin' out on the baking!
I cooked dinner for my family this past Sunday, along with some nice banana walnut bread, or as the recipe said it was "COLLEGE GUY'S BANANA BREAD". For dinner I made some tomato soup, which hopefully I can capture a picture of later if there are any left, some roasted garlic and onion powder potatoes, and some string beans.
Deliciosa.
Perhaps I will make dinner tomorrow night considering that we are apparently supposed to have 12-18 inches of snow.
I will post some pictures of le foods and recipes later :D
